GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In order to comply with the obligations under the Spanish Law 34/2002, of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE) (Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y del Comercio electrónico), the owner of this website - hereinafter AXIS PHARMA S.L.- provides its users with the following information:
1. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA?

2. TO WHAT PURPOSE DO WE TREAT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
AXIS PHARMA performs the processing of your personal data in order to execute the contracts subscribed with you, provide the information or services requested by the user or assess and analyze the documents submitted by the candidates to jobs; and exclusively those necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
For this purpose, the USER must expressly consent to the reception of any type of commercial communication, as well as all the data collection forms published on its website, by marking the corresponding check box that will be available in each case.
3. FOR HOW LONG WILL MY DATA BE KEPT?
AXIS PHARMA will keep the data collected during the period strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose that motivated the treatment, without prejudice to the conservation period that in each case proceeds in accordance with current legislation.
The Data of Users who have consented to the receipt of newsletter or offers of services or proposals to perform consultancy or market research studies, business objects of AXIS PHARMA, will be kept from the moment the User gives his consent until he revokes it.
The data of job candidates will be kept until the position for which they are nominated is adjudicated and, unless the candidate states otherwise, AXIS PHARMA will be able to store its curriculum for a maximum period of two years to incorporate it into future calls.
4. WHAT IS THE LEGITIMATION FOR THE TREATMENT OF YOUR DATA?
AXIS PHARMA will process your data to send you commercial communications, respond to your requests for information, provide services and their respective contract execution, or analyze the documents sent by candidates for employment, by the consent given by the USER of AXIS PHARMA services.
The data of health professionals will be processed by AXIS PHARMA in order to send them offers of participation in market research studies, based in the consent provided by them. In the event of participation in a specific study, after the signature of the contract AXIS PHARMA will process their personal data to manage the execution of such contract.
5. TO WHOM WILL MY DATA BE COMMUNICATED?
The data will be treated confidentially and in no case will be transferred to third parties unless expressly requested by the Public Administrations, in accordance with current regulations.
6. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS WHEN YOU PROVIDE US WITH YOUR DATA?
6.1 Exercise of Rights
You can exercise at any time, by email or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the postal address indicated in the section corresponding to the Responsible for Processing, the following rights
Right of access: You will have the right to obtain confirmation of whether personal data concerning you is being processed or not, and certain information about that treatment.
Right of rectification: You will have the right to obtain the rectification of those personal data that concern you and are inaccurate.
Right of withdrawal: You will have the right to obtain the deletion of your data, which AXIS PHARMA will be obliged to execute without undue delay.
Right to limitation: You will have the right to limit the processing of your personal data which, consequently, can only be processed by AXIS PHARMA for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims.
Right to portability: You will have the right to request from AXIS PHARMA the referral to another person responsible for the data provided by you.
In order to facilitate the exercise of rights, it will be necessary to prove that you are the holder of that data through an accreditation with an official document, indicating the right you want to exercise as well as the affected data.
6.2 Revocation of Consent
You may at any time revoke the consent given by you, through the means outlined in the first section.
